February

To
whom it may concern;
This
is a letter in support of Kristan Paolacci.
She was a caregiver for my grandparents from August 2009 until February
2011. Her duties included: supervising
my grandparent's daily routines, managing their medications, food preparation
and feeding, light housekeeping, transferring my grandmother from chair to bed
and to the bedside commode, toileting, and bathing.
My
grandmother was totally dependent and required complete assistance with all
ADLs. My grandfather needed constant
supervision for ambulation. Kristan
performed her duties well and with wonderful compassion and love. I had complete trust in her abilities to take
care them without worry. Unfortunately,
my grandmother passed away and my grandfather has been moved to a group home
and is on hospice, and her services are no longer needed.
Kristan
would be an asset to any family or organization. She works hard and has pride in her
work. She also has a heart of gold, and
generally loves the people she serves. I
support her 100%, and if you need any additional information, please feel free
to contact me.
Sincerely,
Stephanie
Teale-Sanchez, MS, CCC-SLP
